go to Folder Option and uncheck Hide Extensions for Known Files and then rename Filename.bin to Filename.iso but be aware to check it again after you done .

If you go to the Official Open PS2 Loader Forum in this place, I put a tutorial on how to do this and stickied it (it's in the top section of that forum). Plus you should always post your questions in the appropriate sub-forum. I will move this topic there, now you will be able to find where the Official OPL subjects are.

Here is the link to the Official OPL Forum in case you get lost: http://psx-scene.com/forums/official...-loader-forum/

Link to the tutorial in case you don't know how to navigate in this forum: http://psx-scene.com/forums/f150/con...torial-104740/ (Convert CD Bin Image to ISO for OPL (Tutorial))

This is not an appropriate post, as the OP is referring to downloaded pirated games, which shouldn't be talked about here.
