Best tool for Backup iso ? and other question

I recently bought a used PSTWO
This is a SCPH-770004

I also buy the Swap Magic 3.8-Coder with more tools to the switcher DVD
I managed to install everything but the DVD Swap Magic does not work. The cd works but not the DVD. It's a shame but not serious
I install freemcboot the CD, so I boot freemcboot course, and I can run Open PS2 Loader

Now I'm putting a PS2 game on a FAT32 USB key
Open PS2 Loader offers me that configuration. Not selected menu for my games.

I would also like to know the best way to make a backup?
I used Alcohol 120% and then I rip ISO I think putting the iso on my computer and make a SMB share. What do you think?

But nothing is displayed, why?
In any case my network card statement looks good, the only ringroad RJ45 is plugged into the PS2 and send 2000 bytes

Did you put the .iso file in a subdirectory "DVD" of your shared folder?

If you're connecting the PS2 directly to a PC ethernet port (not to a switch or router), are you using a crossover RJ45 cable?

I created an iso then I work with USBUtil then I put everything on the USB key
But the list of OPL is empty! : (

Why?
