2TB external HD over USB

hi ppl,

i bought a samsung g3 2tb external hd and configured it to run ps2 games over usb (formatted fat32, installed games with usb util, defragmented etc).
however, none of my homebrews (sms, ulaunchelf and opl) recognizes the hd; they don't even show the files contained in it.

anybody has a clue?

ps: sorry if this question was already made, but i haven't found anything.

yeah sorry dude, i had the same problem. The thing is that the ps2 only accepts 1tb hard drives. Sorry for the money loose, i know cause i had a 3tb hdd, i eventually used it for different things. If you want, just use your hdd to store ps3 games that you OWN, and the ps3 will read them. Enjoy

You can connect it to a pc and play over the network
Maybe à laptop ,playing over THE network is also
Much faster

Just partition it into 1TB FAT32 and the rest in anything you like

No luck. Tried to partition the disk, but it did not appear in any of my homebrews.
Any other suggestion, pls?

Like rzwx said, use it to play games over SMB
