because you deleted it. download again the PSLIGHT git from ps3dev github and copy the samples folder..

you are downloading the toolchain. not PSL1GHT!!

click on zip and you will download a cpy of psl1ght, then manually copy the sample folder where you want

you installed PSL1GHT v2 or v1?

because from what i can see you are trying to compile something for v1 and Homebrews for V1 cannot be builded with V2

ok, what you need is V1.
grab it here and follow the instructions inside the readme.

you must delete before the V2
