E3 flasher is never user friendly and i dont recommend the same to anybody using it for a hobby purpose. The product is for people who have multiple consoles to downgrade and seeking for jailbreak business.

Well, i was getting 10001100 ERROR because of bios read failure in e3 flasher. So tried multiple times orienting the nor chip in different positions and pasting plasters all over. Now all of a sudden the ps3 doesnt power ON. I doubt the power supply.

My question here is - Can i change the power supply from another ps3 slim console ? will it affect something ?

if power isn't flowing thru the ps3 then yes the ps3 power supply is broken but double check the power cable slot is removable and it has a cable connected to the power supply so double check. Also be sure u tape down the e3 over the nor tightly! not doing that cost me lots of time dissassebly and me rushing thru the process made me pull the fan connection to the mainboard right off so i lost a ps3 so I had to buy another

Replacing the power supply is relatively easy and hassle-free, and something people do all the time. You'll find a dozen youtube videos showing you how.

then check and see if it's a power bar issue try and disconnect and reconnect the power/eject bar, probably the ribbon
wasn't connected completely and if not then your ps3 is done

Red light is generally a bad flash. If you are certain you have a good flash, the E3 flasher could be interfering with the PS3's ability to read the NOR correctly, remove it.
