PS3 not spinning

Hi!!

First of all, Im sorry for my poor english. I'm from Spain.

I would like to expose a problem with my PS3.

My PS3 Information:

dock: KEM-450DAA
Motherboard: JTP-001
PS3 Model: CECH-25xxx (ahora mismo no la tengo delante)



Some time ago, I flashed my PS3 with E3 flasher to 3.55 KMEAW. Everything was fine, but at the end, I realiced that the BR was not working.

If I put a DVD or BR, the PS3 takes it, but there is not spinning.
I tried to update to 4.11 OFW, and still the same problem.

I opened the BR dock and realiced that the lens was trying to read the disc, but there was no laser light. So I tried with two new lens (they work in other PS3) and no changes.. (no laser light and not spining, just some atemps of the lens to read the discs).
I thought the problem was with the motor, so I buy a new dock (all the BR mechanism), with its own cables.
I re-married it (the word PASSED appeared in the screen)but nothing changes. Still the same problem.

I dont know what else can I try.

you could have a faulty logic board but you will need to downgrade back to 3.55 to remarry a new logic board.

Actually I am in 3.55, and I had already remarried it, but still the same problem.
As I said, it appears the blue word PASSED, and it shuts down.

Any ideas?

Edit. -> I have read your post again, and I have to say that this BR has its logic board integrated in the PS3 main-board (I think)
