I installed this but I can't seem to install any packages because I cannot see them. I created a packages folder in a USB(FAT32) but I would get "No package files found." Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Place the files directly in the root folder of the USB thumb drive. If they are in any directory they wont appear.
I tried that also but still no package files found.
either way should work (I have mine both ways) are you sure it not the USB drive, if you can try anotherQuote:

im using some custom built firmware using mfw based on rebug and i cant install package files either it shows the install package file icon but when clicked is always empty
SORRY: ignore me lol forgot i formatted my usb as NTFS and ps3 doesnt work with NTFS :D xbox does hence how i forgot
Nice you solved your problem. I still can't get mine to work. Format to FAT32
