(problem solved)bricked my ps3 update with 3.55 and broken bluray drive

hi!
I update my ps3 OFW 3.55 before(3.50)but my bluray device was broken not load disk inside at all.laser is good.
so update hang 44%.so it is update looping.
I did not know yet firmware check the bluray.
then i formated my hdd my pc to fat32. bad mistake
ps3 start up and request usb device with firmware 3.50 or 3.55
i put my device to ps3 but nothing happening.
Also restore mode is working but if i select update its hanging check usb device.
what i can do?

Get yourself a lv2diag.self and a 3.55 firmware with out blu-ray support, there is one somewere here on psx-scene.

First you gonna have to use the service jig, then you will have to use the lv2diag.self and 3.55 with no blu-ray pup both on root of usb device.
once your in service mode turn it on and you should flash 3.55 with no blu-ray.
after than turn of ps3 with lv2diag.self (2) and take your ps3 outa service mode this should fix your problem.
