Version 1.1 saves another step for those wanting to update their games. I used the code from my ps3proxy to easily download the pkg. Check the README for more info.

uses demomanager.exe to setup the pkg install files and executes basic ftp commands to upload the files via batch. too lazy to write anything else, config.ini is there for you to change..tested on xp 32bit

Getting the PKG:
1) Start pkg_installer with ProxyStart=1 (config.ini)
2) Setup your PS3 to use Proxy
3) Start game & press X to accept update
4) Start FTP after you recieve update error
5) Goto your PC and start the download ('Save to' dialogue box appears after you recieve the update error)

Uploading the PKG:
6) Use (double-click here to select package)
7) Click Start

Done!

Remember:
-You must restart your ps3 WITHOUT jailbreak to install the PKG
-DO NOT USE DEBUG PKG's!

i threw this together just to save a few extra clicks..all you have to do is enter your ps3's ip, select pkg, and hit start.
