PIN numbering on the CXD4302GB chip?

Does anyone know how the pins are numbered on this chip?

In documentation it is shows as having all pins around the outer edge (for easy reading) but physically the chip has 4 rows/layers of pins on it. I can't find a datasheet for this chip either, maybe goes under an alternative part number?

I am looking to map the test points on a COK-001 (CECHA) board so i can use the NOR type interface to access the NAND chips. Similar to what defyboy has done here PS3 NOR Testpoints | defyboy's ramblings

I will purchase a teensy board and I have also got an infectus half wired up but have the flu this wekend so been looking into this for a bit of a change and possible easier solution for everyone trying to recover bricks.

When i map out the points for the COK-001 i will try and do some other nand boards to help everyone out.

Can't seem to trace back a few of the points from the nand's they seem to dead end once they come through the other side of the board, are there 3 layers on the board?

This is what i have so far, not sure about posting copyright images even tho it is for reasearch which i assume is ok? So just got a crappy JPEG.

Actually I think the board is 8 layers. The pinout is correct, remember these points goto the CXD4302GB chip not the nands directly. The only way to properly trace these reliably would be to lift the BGA chip first.
