Works great at the moment.
Great job, jjolano.
when i see the 10x 100kb i smiled! doing a 15gb from and to the ps3 not even a hickup!! love it thx man 10/10
:the 100kb is an average:
Glad to see a replacement for blackb0x ftp, that software is garbage.
nope its not i am still using it and its good .
Yep, so do i, and the only one to gave me fast speed while uploading.
respect+
I respect people share their time and efforts for contributing.
btw, there are different FTP servers for PS3 homebrew, but I don't see any ftp client there. I think we need a ftp client, too. in order to have a direct file transfer between two PS3s. anyone wanna give it a try?
Looks promesing...
Some friendly pointers..
- If folder exist during a mkdir return 521 (i think it was)
- If file exists during upload return 550
These two are very nice to have when trying to resume after the ftp-server has hanged since it will allow for skipping files that has the same timestamp and/or size instead of the ftp-server forcing to overwrite the files.
Maybe implement XMD5 or similar, if you want a bit more challenge. (see http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-bryan-ftp-hash-02
Otherwise a nice app... Did see some issues during first time usage (freezes etc) when using filezilla and uploading around 11000 files of different sizes. Reducing number of connections to 1 seems to allow the ftp-server to behave a bit better.
Um...I have a problem the the program is at the corner of the screen all i see is FTP server is active and press X to quit whats the IP?
