Noticed an slight issue while FTPing a game with OpenPS3FTP/FileZilla.
I usually delete the PS3_UPDATE/PSUPDAT.PUP to save space but this time I left the empty folder in the game folder. Started transfer queue and went ok until it reached eboot.bin – file.
It wrote about 300kb and failed, tried to write again and failed. Transfer was sort of stuck in this write/fail/write – loop until I stopped it.
Changed settings but that didn't help.
Checked the eboot.bin if it was somehow damaged ( it was not).
Tried to upload only the eboot – file and it was tranferred fine.
Tried other programs (Gaia, MM, OLD-FTP) with FileZilla > game transferred without an issue.
Tried OpenPS3FTP with Windows Explorer FTP > game transferred without an issue.
Made a test folder to see if I can recreate the bug:
<Test>
<<empty>>
<<files>>
file1.abc
<<<empty>>>
<<<files>>>
file2.abc
file3.abc
The upload started to fail similarly at file1.abc.
Transferring to internal and external HDD gives same results.
Is there any way around this "bug"? Other than not using FileZilla

hmm.. I've also encountered (something similar to) that one recently. I'll look into that and make necessary changes. Thanks

If I may cut in this monolog:
Thank you, the previously mentioned bug is gone.

Here's version 2.2!
it's basically a rewrite of almost everything since it's now using PSL1GHT V2.
check out the code for v2.2 in the git repository (and compare it to v2.1.1)!

Thanks jjolano. I just noticed your ps3crunch site down. I was getting updates for my list from there. It is good to see you on the scene.

yeah, it went down when dukio's site went down. I probably lost all my data that I uploaded there since I've seen somewhere that dukio sold his site.
I moved over to jjolano.dashhacks.com, but I have to recode all that php stuff again from scratch lol
edit: i see that the thread title actually changed - thanks to whoever did that
