Need help converrting PS3 slim

Hi all new to PSX-SCENE, Im in the process of getting all the parts together to convert my PS3 slim into a PC tower but am unsure of the size of the CPU and GPU so i can fit heatsinks to them, I seen one person use pentium 4 heatsinks and fans but they seem to have a small square on the bottom. And also how to attach them i have looked at some thermal paste that is glue based, Any help would be great, Thanks
