Major problem after downgrade with Progskeet, please help

Hello forum,

I have big problem and I cant find solution.

I have successfully downgrade my PS3 Slim with data code 9D. I use progskeet and 355checkoff . PUP

I did everything - dump the NOR, patch the NOR, flash the new edited nor, go in service mod and downgrade.

So far so good. I install multiman, bdemu, giamanager and 15 games. But here is my problem - when I start most of the games I get this error :

Register of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will quit : 8002A280

I am trying to find sollution but no sucses. I read for man people complaining for this when they use Linux.

I will be very grateful if some one can provide some help. I try to rebuild the database but it seems nothing happen - all the users where there, the hard was not formated. I formate later the hard drive - no difference.

That's not a major problem at all.

Just go to Dev_HDD0 (multiman will do.... File Manager)

Home... your user number... first backup the trophy directory then delete everything in it.... then you'll be able to properly rebuild the database.

Also, when you downgrade your account becomes deactivated... but if you did a backup all you have to do isdo a restore and it should be active again (when it's deactivated there's like a * next to your name.)

That's not a major problem at all.

I delite the original account and created new one. Same thing.

The hard drive is formated and there is new user.

So I need to delete all trophy data menualy and rebuild the database?

I will try it.

now that you've downgraded try putting a fresh install of KMEAW CFW on it (using Recovery a USB thumb drive)and see if the trophy error still exists

I try deleting the files, then I rebuild the system. Nothing helped. I even try "Restore PS3 System" - Nothing change. Maybe it is a bug in the CFW.

Yep I try it the result - complete brick. After the update finished PS3 turn off and the red light start flashing. When I try to turn it on it flash green for a 1/2 seconds and then start flashing red again.

If some one have any ideas - please let me know.

Thanks Dude. The best solution ever.

The console die, dont want to turn on. When I try to reflash the original nor it stop on 44%.

With kmeaw I kill it.

what was the original FW on your PS3 from factory, because if you had a successful downgrade changing FW shouldn't have bricked unless you had a bad download (hash check) or screwed up the installation in some way. Don't blame me it was a suggestion.

The original version was 3.70. The NOR dump I had was excellent. I dump it many times and compare it. All was good. And when I patch it it was OK because I finish successfully the downgrade. Nothing wrong with the NOR dump.

I read a lot in the last 2 dayes. With the patched dump the console shouldn't be update with other firmware except the no check one. If needed to change the version the only way is to change with the original NOR dump.

I didn't know it so I ask. No I see you have no experience with downgrading. You shouldn't talk for thing you don't know.

I shouldn't trust you. I saw 4200 post, I saw you signature and I say to my self "this dude know what is saying" and I did what you say.

Now I can just trow the console away.

I will appreciate any help I can get.

Now when I try to re-flash the NOR the program crash on 44, 88 or 59 %.

Here is the ProgSkeet_110819 log :

Device found.
Resetting NOR
Flashing Sector 7 skipped (source = destination).
Flashing Sector 63 skipped (source = destination).

This is the log when the program stop on 59%.

I read that the progskeet is fast, and the speed should be 30kb/s , but I get speed like 33/88 b/s. When I reflash the NOR the first two time (successfully) it 33kb/s and the program was not responding for 10/15 minutes then when it finish it come back to show it was finish.

After I update with Kmeaw and the console died I can't re-flash the NOR, it stuck and for several times I just let it for our or more but the program just stay not responding.

I have moved the console a lot (it is not closed) and I even resolder and solder the chip again just in case. Same thing.
