    Please be more informational,

based on what you have said, you played Darksiders 2 with disk and you was on cfw ?? what version?

what it looks like your saying is that the game updated the system software version or the firmwire from your cfw to ofw
upon launching the game from disk and updateing with the required update onboard the disk of darksider

so the only thing i can say is check what your Fw is at now,
also you might need a flasher to go back if it is the case that you went to OFW from CFW,,

the only way you can check is, to go to your system settings
scroll down to system information and everything that is relevant
    should be shown there.

    edit:
if it shows 3.55 then your on your cfw and maybe multiman just needs re installing
but if you are on anything above that and none of your homebrew stuff work
then im sorry your on ofw and your going to have to downgrade either with flasher
    or what not,

im Afraid that your ps3 has been updated to a non custom firmwire so right now your out of luck until you find a flasher and follow downgrading steps
to get back to good old stable cfw 3.55

    Reasons:
    - 80010017 Is the same error as trying to run homebrew on OFW.
    - It is also consisted that the recent updates are required to have 3.56+ FW.

i am sorry i can not be more of help,
