Help downgrade from 4.21 rcfw to 3.55 rcfw have got disk inside

Hey thanks for answers!!
first i have a CECHC 60gb eith nand. i have a ps3 game disk inside nba homecourt. i was on rebug 4.21 i beginn with the rebug downgrade pup, it installs but ( ithink it takes the diskupdate)when the downgrade pup was ready i look to systemsoftware and there it stands 3.55 so i think it takes the downgrade pup. i take out the Game disk and look there for the qflag the debug settings was there without make the combo,i have installed qflag on 3.55, that was not the first downgrade i make some downgrades but every time without disk inside.
then where i think the downgrade pup was ok installed i go to recovery mode and install the 3.55 rebug file it copy it and then the ps3 starts for writting the 3.55 pup but it faild by 3 precent i start the ps3 new it beginn to install and hang on 3 %..
i cant go to recovery mode the fsm dont run with my stick(i am on 4.21 iknow). it hangs ont aktualiesirungs screen.

First qustaion only way to go out is with progskeet( ihave my dumps but i dont have guy who works with nands)?
Is there a way when i change thee HDD?
is it possible that it crash one of the two nands?then progskeet alsow dont help?

The rebug 999 downgrader does still show as 3.55. To get to recovery console press and hold power until your console turns on and off and then press and hold again until you hear 2 beeps.
Some ps3's have trouble reading from USB sticks burn media update to disk. Here is my video tutorial How to upgrade PS3 then downgrade and unban console - YouTube

thanks for answer but my console is hanging in the update screen 3% and then an error curupt.
every time i staRT new it want write to nand and hang by 3%.
i can´t go to recovery console mode every time i start the ps3 the install process start and stop on3%.
when we update from a usb stick first the ps3 copy the updatefiles on hdd then it start new and then it write the update from hdd to nand and hdd?is that right?
there i think is the problem the downgrade pup is not installed right he take the update from the disk and a little bit from the downgrade pup why i see 3.55 after install.

Is there a way to doc my ps3 hdd to my PC and copy the right files on the ps3 hdd?
