i installed MiralaTijera CFW 4.31 went in to Factory/Service Modecouldnt get out so i tried down grade then RSOD so i format harddrive then black screen of death green light comes on for 1 min then cuts off

If you got RLOD, that's it man, there's no coming back from that, except by using a hardware flasher, or buying the service on eBay ($60 or so + shipping) and shipping your console to whomever for the flash of the NAND/NOR.
That's why I never **** with service mode or the kernels!
