Generate keyfiles for fail0verflow tools

Hi guys,

it really was pissing me off, that i can't just copy'n paste things in files. First i was typing everything by hand in a hexeditor -.-

So i created a little tool to make the annoying work in windows. Maybe someone makes use of it... was boring to create it. ^^

Compiled with MS Visual Studio 2010 Express in Windows 7 (uses .Net 4.0):
If you got issues i might release the source.
