extract dev_flash from PS3 update

heyllow everybody.

because ps3 dev is going forward and interest me a lot to.
I have created this tool, who extract dev_flash files from ps3 updates
for extract them, you just have to put PS3UPDAT.PUP in the same folder and launch it.

tool using GeoHots released keys for pkg files.

I keep getting and error and crashes everytime. Using Windows 7 here.

nice, but didn't kakaroto's ps3utils already handle this?

It would be soo awesome if we could load our fully extracted and decrypted 3.55-def_flash through an USB-FW-Loader on 3.41-JB...
Or just get those syscalls in that 3.55-cfw...

Thanks Bro.. This was the only easy file that I was able to use to extract the dev_flash files. Now the thing is how to we repack them :/

I don't know. And every time I check update unpacker on the web it extract only basic files.
and my version is for windows, without use Cygwin.

I have fixed the error I think. I was missing to check if the file exist in the folder that caused an error.
For now, the only way to get an error is by removing zlib dll
