After testing some stuff on one of my TEST PS3's (3.60/3.55) i had the wish to debug these applications and tried to get the leaked SDK (1.93) with leaked ProDG (3....) working. Everything installed fine, but if I try to connect to one of the PS3 the connection always times out.(done it exactly like in the manual) Any ideas how it could work? Maybe it's not firmware independent and patched already?

1.That prodg is way too old and won't connect to a 3.50+ ps3 (hell, it probably won't even connect to 3.00)
    2. You need a valid license to use that version.
    3. You need to be a licensee otherwise using it is illegal, if you happen to be a licensee (which I doubt) you can find all the support needed (as well as the newer prodg versions) on the playstation 3 devnet.

Thanks. Is there an alternative to ProDG, maybe something like an extension to PSl1gth (opensource)?
Does only the version of ProDG have to be comaptible with the PS3 FW Version or also the SDK?

Hum...I don't think there is an open source debugger out to the public yet, prodg would only work on debug firmwares anyway.
