NOR was also explained in te thread too. You still need your console specific keys data from a dump.

You can rebuild the per console EID if you previously dumped your EID root key (located at offset 0 in isolation mode, you can use a loader or an isolated module to read it out) but there is no public method as how to rebuild it, it's no easy task at all (it's probably one of the hardest thing you could achieve on a ps3)
As for the bootloader/metldr there are no existing/known ways to rebuild those because we cannot dump the per cpu key used to encrypt/decrypt those.
