E3 Flasher Downgrade Fail?

Hi, I have a "Big" problem with my E3 flasher, in the step where I copy the "e3_Downgrade,bin" in the Micro SD (with the Dump of my NOR) and switch 000001 (0: Down, 1: Up. The only switch Up is the "Unlock" Switch) then, I press the Start Button and I have 100% (8 Lights), but,in the tutorial say "If you turn On your PS3, you will have the Recovery Menu Screen", I turn On my PS3, but I have the normal Screen (The XMB).

My PS3 is a Slim of 250 GB, CECH2011B (CECH20...B Serial) with Spansion NOR. The actually OFW is 4.10 or 4.11

Note: When I made the Dump of my Nor (In the Step 2), the E3 flasher extract 3 Files, I don't remember the name, but have the number (...30, ...31 and ...32), that is a problem? I rename the number 30 to 3 to can made the step 3 (Restore the Dump in the NOR, because, I have the error 01001000 "Failed to open TF card").

The Log File say "Program Nor OK." in the end of the Log

I can't share the video link because I haven't 30 post, but the name of video is "E3 FLASHER DOWNGRADE TUTORIAL - INSTALLATION FAT (Khalkedon)", the tutorial is to FAT, but I'm used it to the switch options, because is same to the slim tutorial.

I'm check the dump (the 3 dumps) and I have 3 green lights.
I'm used the "dump checker" (of E3 team), the size of the dump in byte and the flow rebuild (I'm only extract the dump, I can't check with HxD, because I don't know how) all are correct.

The dump looks good from what I looked at here is a tut that may be a little better than a video [TUT] How To Downgrade w/e3 flasher to any CFW - PS3Hax Network - Playstation 3 Hacks and Mods and what to look for with HxD Flash - PS3 Development Wiki.

Take your NOR dump off the card (copy to your PC) and just leave the downgrade.bin file on the MicroSD
Insert the card with 00000001 on the E3 flasher
Press start and wait until it's finished

Turn off PS3
Insert downgrade dongle and START > EJECT
PS3 turns off

Insert USB Flash with Step 1 and 3.55cfw PUP file on ROOT
In rightmost port

Turn on PS3
Wait for downgrade to finish
Console turns OFF

Delete all file from USB Flash
Copy STEP 2 to root of USB
Insert to PS3 rightmost port
Turn on PS3
Console turns off

Remove USB
Turn on console

yeah do what fantazar explains, your dump is good btw, save it just incase you need it.

I'm doing that in a first time, but my dongle (a Amazebreak) did nothing, I'm turn off the power switch, next, I'm put in the 2nd USB port my dongle, next I'm turn On the power Switch, later, I'm turn On the PS3 and I push the Eject Button, The Ps3 don't send any Screen for a minute and later, the PS3 Booted Normally (The Dongle don't Turn Off my Console) (Before, I Used the X2Break, But that don't work).

Just watched your video and I'm failing to see the problem apart from user error
You used the downgrade.bin file but you haven't put the PS3 into FSM using the downgrade dongle
All you did was turn the PS3 on which does nothing noticeable

You need to insert your downgrade dongle then do the procedure from paragraph 2 which I outlined above
You're not going to see FSM until you insert the dongle and activate it
