E3 Flasher downgrade

Hi all,I bought a PS3 Slim with 3.60 firmware.I checked minimal version with the Min wer checker and showed me 3.60

.Can I use E3 Flasher and downgrade PS3 lower than the factory firmware etc. 3.55?

You're stuck at 3.60 until somebody hacks the syscon.

Ok but I found this on the official web

We find all FAT console works , most slim console works even include some new slim console which come with 3.56+ original FW. We find 3000X version console can programme correctly but can't downgrade and dual boot, we will do best to work it out and provide to all free.

so this means I can downgrade lower then factory firmware?My consol is CECH 2504A.

I got some information on E3 flasher.... I need to know suit, which could familiar with PS3.... Express more useful ideas...!
