'e3 flasher brick ?

hello guys

I was following this tut: E3 FLASHER INSTALLATION and DOWNGRADE TUTORIAL (Khalkedon) - YouTube
I was on the backing up step. The flash so i moved the backup switch and pressed start.
But what i don't see was that another switch was up the ps3 flash i think .
Wen i try to start my ps3 i get a black screen.
Resetting the video output don't works. It accept disc and reject them when pressed.
It has no YLOD or RLOD It starts as normal but without any video output.
In the e3 flasher log i read ""read nor"" ""flash nor"" always the same codes eg

example ""read nor 0x2000"" ""flash nor 0x2000"" ""read nor 0x3000"" ""flash nor 0x3000""

When this happened the lock button on e3 was ON so i think that not very much can be damaged

What i already tried :
1 resetting video output with power button= failed
2 Taking out the bios battery= failed
3 using the analog video output and HDMI=failed
4 Reassembled the ps3 and removed the E3 = failed

you did the Dump, but, you check it? it's correct?. What PS3 do you have? (Serial [CECHXXX]), Do you update your E3 Flasher correctly? When finished, you turn Off your PS3?. You can turn Off after the Black screen? (If you can't, disconnect the power and set all Switch in the down position and try again), After you turn On the PS3, the Green light goes out? (If it happens, your PS3 has a Brick, if not, you have another problem).

My ps3 have code: CECHL04
The e3 flasher was dated up corectly
i can tunr of the ps3 when having the black screen

no when i start my ps3 it start normal green light fans are spining i can turn it of to

I'm sorry, but I don't understand very well your English.
If the Green light doesn't turn off itself, you don't have a perma-brick, maybye you have a Semi-brick.
Try to enter to Recovery mode and select the option number 2 (Restore default Settings) or number 5 (Restore PS3 System) (Note: You may Lost your information on the HDD)
If you can't enter to recovery mode, I can't help you (My english is very limited, my native language is spanish).
A question: Why do you see a Tutorial to PS3 slim if you have a PS3 Fat? May do you installed wrong the Clip of the E3 Flasher. Follow the other Tutorial of the same Uploader (Khalkedon34)

the ps3 dont turn off by itself i stays at the green light i cant enter recovery because im on 3.66 before i had the screen problem

when i start my ps3 i stays green an it doesnt turn off "no ylod rlod light"

You're using the HDMI or the VGA cable? Try to use the VGA (If you used the HDMI) and press the power button until you hear a second Bip to reset the video settings...
If you have the same black screen, is a problem of hardware (And may a problem with E3 flasher compatibility or wrong instalation, but I doubt it), Try to send your PS3 to technical service.
Sorry, But I have a PS3 slim and never I had the same problem. And I'm out of ideas.

i cant reset the video output
i jhust checked my slim and its original fw is 3.15 but its on 4.21 owf

Search in Google for "technical service sony *Your country*", but you need to deinstall the E3 flasher, if not, they don't accept it, or you can find with friends a person you trust to fix it.
The other Way, is fix it like a brick (but I can not ensure it works), but I only know Spanish tutorials.
I'm sorry, but I can't help more. You will have to wait for a user who knows more of Hardware or E3 Flasher.

What files did you have on the SD card when you started?
downgrade.bin?

When you finished, did you have a backup file on your sd card or not?
If you did, restore your system using your backup file
If not, try to enter FSM
