can someone please tell me if its possible to downgrade a CECH-2001A ps3 model from firmware 4.25 to 3.55 at this time

Run this fake update it will fail and tell you the lowest firmware your ps3 can run. Index of /files/firmware/MFW-CEX/MinVerCheck

MIN. downgrade will be 2.40 and the mobo is DYN-001

you can downgrade a cech2001a from 4.25 OFW to 3.55 CFW. be sure to dehash before you install any other firmware or you might soft brick.
be sure to make a dump first, and then upload it here and let me check it.

the models you have to watch out for is CECH-2501A (with manufacture date after jan 2011)
you also have to watch out for refurbished consoles.

but cech2001a is good to go, so downgrade it.

And If not possible,is it possible to use a E3 flasher more than once? So if I buy one ,that I can do all of the 4 systems I have?

Your chechG model is NAND console, so you will need progskeet or something else other than e3 flasher. The e3 is for nor consoles only.

They have solderless clip solutions for it aswell. The 360 solderless clip will work on it but you need an adapter for it. Look around that site and read up on what all you will need.

I am very interested in a quote for and install of an E3 flasher. With the flasher can you have a dual boot? Oh yea I am in Florida, so that is where I would send my ps3 from, another option I would consider is installing dex on my machine instead of the e3 you can tell me which is better. My ps3 is on 3.55 cfw.
