console id spoofing

Hello folks my ps3 is console banned since yesterday, i searched how to unban and tried PS_Unban with no luck.
Now i got my friend so far that i may use his console id and ps id, but my question is,
If i use his id, can he still play online? so me and my friend can be online at the same time ? And there is totally no risk?
If yes im going to spoof the new id's :)

Using 2 consoles with the same console id should be fine but if you have them online at the same time I don't like your chances, I doubt it would be hard for sony to see what's going on.

I would definitely not have both consoles on at the same time as Sony can see this and then you would both be banned and both get an account ban too. You should be able to each play with the same ID but not at be online at the same time. There is no telling what Sony will do in the future and additional checks they will implement.

Also they can and will ban the new ID if they detect CFW again which would prevent both of you from going online.
