so i was able to clone my 120 gig hard drive to a 320 gig drive using HDClone Pro, but when i plug the 320 gig drive in it is still showing that i only have 10 gigs free which is the same that i had left on my 120 gig drive.

i went into the registry, and changed the info to put the serial of the 320 in, but that did nothing as well.

my question: how can i get the machine to see i have a 320 gig drive in the machine, and not the 120 that i used to have?

That must be how the particular software you used handles the coning, it partitions the drive exactly and the rest is unallocated. Try some other software.

did that as well using winhex. the ps3 shows it being a 320 gig drive in the system info section, but will not let me see the extra free space.
