Can't play games. Trophy information could not be displayed.

So I came across a phat (backwards compatible) PS3 with Rogero's 4.21 CFW on it. It worked for a while but whenever I try to run a game on it now it says "Registration of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will quit. (8002291B)"

I've gone into recovery menu and rebuilt database and file system.
I've created new user profiles.
I've installed Rebug's 4.30 CFW. Didn't think it would fix it but I was going to do it anyway.
I've formatted the hard drive.

Any ideas?

Did you try updating multiman to the latest version?

Also run your games with a disc in.

MultiMAN is fully updated and I always have a disc in.
