Cannot Fake Save Data Owner.

ok so i heard about the feature on the Rebug CFW that allows you to spoof the save user so u can play saved games that are from another PS3 user. now im not doing this to cheat, im doing this because i upgraded my PS3 HDD and now i want to play Dead Space 2 in which the Saved Data from my OLD PS3 HDD is on my external. but the issue is when i go to debug menu 2 and select "Fake Save Data Owner" my PS3 then freezes and i have to manually reboot. Can anyone help me with this?

You can use external tool to unlock your seves. Search for this : PS3 Save Unlocker – by ColdReader

You can use your personal computer to change ownership of your save and then to move it back to console.

where can i find a tutorial on how to do this?
i remember i had tried this a while back but i couldnt figure out how to get it working.
