Broken BD (please help)

Hi everyone!!

I've got an 40 gb ps3 with a broken Blue ray drive, so the first thing I made was to install a BDB update to not have the infinite looping.
After that, I installed multiman and lv2 patcher to load backup games, but I couldn't, because after running these aplications I've got black screen, so I found out through the forum that it would be the controller, so I replaced the bd7956fs by another brand new.
The point is that the blue ray still doen't read discs, and my question is: Do I have to remarry the controller board with the PS3? has it happened to anyone the same? What can I do to fix this nightmare? should I throw away my PS3???

re marry new logic to BR drive need 3.55 CFW plent of tut on youtube and on here just do a search
