About repacking a PSN Game for installation

Hello community - I have a harddisk swapped out from my PS3 and now all the packages need to reinstalled from PSN. I have the contents of that harddisk FTP'd to my PC days ago.
However there are several games were bought by game sharing account.

I am wondering if I can repack the files retrieved from the PS3 harddisk into PKG files?
Most of the accounts come with mostly rif (and no act.dat because I did not back them up while setting QA flag) and some of them come with edat files. Do I need to pack these in the pkg as well?

If there are links for repacking pkg files, kindly let me know.

Well you have to reactivate all of them on your PSN account since you dont have your old act.dat, you could repack them all but it might be faster just to download them all again depending on your connection speed. You can just use aldostools to make them into pkg.
