Yea, I got it. It is that size with 7z compression, but when you extract it it contains only 3 folders. host-common, host-win32 and host target. I am somewhat ignorant to all of this, but I used your guide to set up 1.92. It works great when compiling OM 1.16. I didn't know what to do with the the folders, so I just replaced them in my 1.92 setup folder. Tried to compile OM 1.16 and got an error. Most likely I did it incorrectly, but I don't know for sure.
