This is a copy of my main post from XDA which can be found here:

PSFreedom Port to HTC Droid Incredible

Thanks to Adrynalyne for the kernel and Docmon for the support

    Homebrew Only: http://adrynalyne.us/files/kernels/p...om_hb_inc4.zip

    Backups Enabled: http://adrynalyne.us/files/kernels/p..._bdvd_inc4.zip

Prerequisites: Must be rooted. If you are not, use unrevoked here: http://unrevoked.com/rootwiki/doku.p...lic/unrevoked3

    Instructions:

1.) Download above file, either Backups enabled or homebrew only, and place on SD card.

    2.) Make Nandroid backup

    3.) install zip through recovery

    4.) reboot phone

5.) plug in cable from PS3 to Incredible

6...)Follow the steps after "Once you have the driver loaded" on: http://psfreedom.com/wiki/Using_PSFreedom

After exploiting the PS3 you may remove the phone and you can choose to flash your kernel of choice or restore your nandroid backup. USB functionality other than charging will be disabled while using these kernels. Also, WiFi will not work.

This has been tested on SkyRaider Sense (3.1), SkyRaider Vanilla (3.0 RC2) FrankenROM, Virtuous and Stock 2.2. Seemingly every Sense based ROM.
