    Hello guys!

Since I have a PS3Key are willing to study the structure of dev_flash the PS3 ...

I discovered something that intrigued me.
I premise that i haven't knowledge of Java, but programming in general, so I could understand something.

In the "bdplayer" dir, there are files .JAR (therefore compiled java files, if I remember correctly) and a file called "classes.zip".

I've extracted both files, and I had some folders with .class files (they're easy to decompile)

Now the question is .... would not be possible, 'expand' the Enviroment by entering our classes inside, and use they for any java HB?
Maybe someone could write something who makes full use of the system, for emulation, utility, etc ...

Thanks to all those who participate in the conversation, that is ONLY for educational purpose.

PS. My English is not very good, i'm italian

hmm... java homebrew... MINECRAFT ON PS3 :o

i was thinking of trying to work on something similar for 360, but forgot that the ps3 already has java... good project would be even better if we can map controller buttons to keys.

People, stop hating on Math & Co. If it wasn't for them we'd be nowhere, so what if they have their secrets? Remember, they could of just decided not to show anything

It's Java ME (Micro Edition), so it's a minimal, stripped-down version of Java. I don't think you can run any 3D games on it anytime soon.
