hmmm i will try that but even if convertered it it should of played. going to unconverted it back to pal and see.
You should keep a copy of the game before you patch it incase there is a problem like this in the future.
If your going to change the settings for your Matrix Infinity to play PAL games on an NTSC system, then you should set it to "PS2 SCREEN FIX: PAL60" and "Y SCREEN FIX: AUTO". This way you can still use your PS2 apps (without vertical flicker) and also play your PAL games.
EDIT: Here is some extra info about patching games and video modes, and here is some extra info about the PAL60 mode and your Infinity Chip Settings.

hm . never knew that, just liked the way the color was after I used the color mode lol. Screen was always fine, matrix sed it would fix all games, and it does, y would i patch my games then?
anyway, i used the PAL to NTSC fix on my Black PAL game, and both NERO and HDL dumb reconize it as a valid ISO.
are you kidding me... i wonder is it because i downloaded the iso off the net and it wasnt a valid image. and i check my infinity menu why is my y-fix option shadowed so i cant turn it on.
ps2dragon thanks for the info i read that before and upgraded my firmware but the y-fix was never adjusted.
are we allowed to attach the iso file so you guys can see.
Y SCREEN FIX will be disabled if you have the PS2 SCREEN FIX set to COLOR, VGA or OFF. So just change the PS2 SCREEN FIX setting to PAL60 and then try changing the Y SCREEN FIX setting.
