I had my Ps2 modified or so the guy tells me...i have burnt a game using RecordNowMax and when i load the game i get the red screeen of death. I was not able to find take off the auto insert notification but according to the site...the program automatically turns it off once it is open. I was told i have a messiah mod chip. What would cause the red screen? And is there anything i could do to check if a mod chip is actually installed? I may seem a little niave but i am not very technically inclined but would like to save some money but burning games.

Please advise.
