Weird Problem: Burnout Dominator works the first time when put in the console but not

Ive got the iso of Burnout Dominator NTSC on my PC,
I burned it at a speed of 4x(Minimum Speed Of the disc) Using DVD Decrypter on a Moserbaer DVD-R . When i first tried it it took some time to load but it started up perfectly, now when I try to load it it gets stuck on the loading screen, I dont know whats wrong my other backups on moserbaer dvds worked fine(they still do, though i burned them at 2x).
Should i try another dvd at 2x? or is it a lens problem?
Please help.

P.S. It loads if i take out the main switch and put it back in, but if i reset the console or switch it off and then turn it on then i face the same problem again

I tried two, got one from the net, and the other from my frnd same problem with both of them

there's your problem.

get the original. rip it with IMGBurn. and do people not read the damn rules anymore?
