Hey there. I just backed up Simpsons Hit and Run onto a cd, and upon burning it onto a Verbatim disc and playing it, i notice that the ps2 drive reads the disc well, however has a scratchy noise. This isn't the noise that is extremely high pitched, but just a scratchy laser reading. Anyways, the main point in this was, is this really harming my laser, or is this normal procedure.
