unsuccessful PS2..

i have a ps2 (SCPH30004) neo 2.5(2.2?) modchip AR2V2 a LG GCE-8240B recorder.
i almost have never made a successful (able 2 boot) cd burn, except PGEN and SNES emulator. IÂ´ve tried nero, cdrwin, alhohol 120%, cdrwin 5.0.. i have wasted a load of cdrÂ´s. plz help if uve heard something about this.

Try burning at a slower speed and with different media.

Do discs that other people have supplied you with work ?

since nero, alcohol 120%, and cdrwin can do the burning just fine, you need to use different media and burn speeds. just borrow some different blanks from a couple friends or something and try 'em out.

A 30004 should take almost any CD media that you throw at it, but the pot may be a little higher or lower than it should be.

I'd reccomend a good media brand like TDK/Verbatim, if those don't work, then you know that you have a problem.

hey
i tried to install pgen onto my memmory card

i have a DMS3 V2.0 mod chip in my V3 PS2 (SCPH-30001)

i booted pressing triangle to get to the explorer and put in the disc

then i pressed select and i got an "install failed"

i have tried burning wit nero alcohol 120% and cdrwin with no success

what am i doing wrong??????
