Tutorials?

Can someone point me to some tutorials on how to use these popular DVD burning programs (I have all of them) to backup games? Like, what specific settings I need and all of that other important stuff? Also, I see people saying that sometimes the lasers need to be cleaned or modified...how do you do this?

If someone could link me to some tutorials or something, that would be great.

hey, that's one kick-ass tutorial. If you go wrong with it, you likely have trouble figuring out which shoe goes on which foot!
