Time Crisis 2 and 3 PAL , have 60hz switches ??

hi team...........i was wondering if Time Crisis 2 and 3 PAL have 60hz switches ?? .........if not do the NTSC and PAL versions run at the same speed ?? ... cause some games get up to 20% speed boost when in NTSC mode.....

any help is sweet

Time Crisis 3 PAL has no 60hz option.
