Swap Magic problem

what's it mean when you swap the swap magic disc with a back-up and it shows a blue border but freezes on that screen?

probably bad burn speed.......but i have the same problem with my tony hawk 4 rip and i burned mine at 4x speed....goes to blue border.....then screen goes black
