Soul Calibur II & R-Type NTSC (Both)

I've downloaded these rips several times, but cannot seem to get them to work on my "unmodded" ps2 (running flip-top case with swap magic). Soul Calibur (after pressing enter with SM booted) just sits there (stayes at the SM "insert disc screen" as if i just booted up to it), and R-Type just goes to a black screen and stays there. Anyone have any of these problems with these rips on a modded/umodded system?

Both of these releases are over 74 Min TOC, which means that you CANNOT play them on an unmodded system without first applying a Nomod Patch to bring them under 74 Mins.

This applies to ANY game with a TOC over 74 Mins using SM or GS swap methods.

Once you've patched them they are reduced to around 71 Mins & work fine. Ive got both & use the same methods you do.
