Socom 3 Beta

Has ne1 sucessfully made a copy of their socom 3 beta dvd yet? i have burned another copy of it no problem but whe i try and get the disc id so i can patch it for online (u need it 4 s3beta,it only online) play, it odesnt show nothing. I dont want to mess up my original socom3 beta dvd , i wanna preserve it for collection.is there sum type of encryption or sumthing on
the scus file? The scus# is 974.89
If ne1 else has made a perfect copy of it , or have the disc id (official or un-official) please let me know..thanx in advance to all who help..

Problem solved... corrupt disc id utility to blame for dilema..got disc id ok now..

You can patch it for dnas, but Sony's servers detect it and you get booted the moment you sign online. It also accuses you of cheating and counts the number of times you log in with it.

I dont think it is possible to Patch either Socom 2 or 3. All I know for sure is that Socom 1 works online.

Im pretty sure you CAN patch socom 3 because I did it WITH the socom 3 beta. Sony's servers just detect it and kicks you offline.

Whats the point of patching it and wasting a DVD if you know there gonna kick ya out?

I didn't know it at the time. But after I did patch it and sign online, it basically said "Hey, we know your online with a backup. Stop it." and kicked me offline.
