Snes Station problem

I am having some major problems with this emulator. I follow the provided tutorial here.. The emulator boots up and the disclaimer scrolls and completes. After this point the screen goes black, and stays this way indefinitely, however the music still plays but no other menu pops up after this point.

I have made a Pgen Sega cd and it works flawlessly. I have followed the directions to the T on both of the emulators. The same type of cd was used to burn both emulators. And since the Sega emu works I know the cd isn?t the problem.

BTW: I have a DMS3 chip in my PS2, just in case this helps.

Any one know what my problem is?

you need at least 20 roms and make sure you dont have anything other than a dualshock2 or standard ps2 memcard plugged in, (ie dvd ir receiver, ps1 controller, etc)
