SMT: Nocturne not working
SMT: Nocturne not working –

Hi, i bought my SMT: Nocturne copy (SLUS20911). Its the NTSC version and my PS2 is PAL system (SCPH-70004). I have Free McBoot 1.8 and ESR r9b on Memory Card. Problem? This game ainīt working! This is what iīve done:
1. Made an image from it using "IMGburn 2.5.1.0"
2. Did NTSC to PAL patch using "PS2 NTSC 2 PAL WITH YFIX"
3. Patched it using "ESR Disc Patcher v0.24a"
4. Burned using these:
software: IMGburn 2.5.1.0
media: Maxell DVD+R 1-16x
drive: TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223F
settings: 1x, 8x and 16x (3 discs)
Burned .iso, not the .mds. Tried both ESR modes on every disc. Disc is not spinning when I open the lid. Screen is just black. My Silent Hill Origins (PAL) backup do work on Sony DVD+RW disc. My screen is LG Flatron W2452TX, VGA cable plugged to GameMate video converter which is connected to PS2 through S-Video. Help?

I can't really give you much help, but for what it's worth, I can tell you that the game works on my 75001 console with similar settings, FMCB 1.8b, ESR R9b.
I do use DVD Decrypter to make my backups instead of IMGburn but both programs work fine.
I also have a Samsung burner TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S202J.
DVD+R/-R makes no difference to me, I've used both and both work fine for me.
I can advice you to try with a diferent media (brand and/or -R) and re-check the NTSC 2 PAL patcher settings for the game.
Always burn at the slowest speed capable by your burner.
