Ripping Import using Hdloader/ADvance and slidetool

Ok title says it all. Is it possible to rip an import game using a slidetool from with hdloader/advance? The instrucitons seem to intimate it is possible. I have an unmodded ps2. Would it be easier to simply rip images to computer then load them onto hardrive using winhiip? cheers

please help I know its noob question but I searched witha number of different search strings but came up with nothing. i have a number ofBali games i hope I will be able to backup to the hardrive for use

ya its real easy to rip to comp and us winhip.. might not even need to rip(if u dont need to convert to pal/ntsc)... dont load image load from dvd drive!

Cheers fpr the reply mate. So what your saying is use winhip to load to a ps2 drive and reinsert it back into ps2 right? Also I have a pal ps2 so do I need to convert all NTSC games to PAL? Its jsut i never had to do this with xbox and I have an ntsc capable TV
