hey all i have brought guitar hero metallica long ago and still play it but i have hd witch i hold all games on i installed it by copying all files out of disc(around 4.3gb mark) and making image file from it,making a direct copy using usbutil from disc and all but i go into the game from openps2loader 0.7 and half songs dont have sound(e.g toxicity) but running from the disc sound is in the song.i tried to make a iso from it using imgburn but comes out 8gb where as from explorer the disc appears 2 b 4.30 or something.any help to rip it to hardrive would be greatly aprreciated(p.s on the side of the cover the game says SLES.55472 And the Back of the case says This software is only compatible with the Playstation-2computer entertainment system displaying the PAL Logo so it is PAL Game. Please help me!

The game IS 8 gigs, you've just been ripping it the wrong way all this time. You're going to have to make sure you've ripped it right because I have GH, GH3, GH5 and a few RBs in my HDD and they all work fine.
Make sure you're ripping the game with Imgburn then load it via network or winhiip. It won't work from disc as you're trying to load only one layer and it's a dual layer disc.

I don't know. I don't use the ripkit because I have enough space in my HDD for it. And as I've heard about it, the ripkit lowers your sound quality. Which says to me "I want to play a music game, but don't care for the music."
