RecordNow Max Compatibility

Hi guys, I just upgraded to Win XP, but my RecordNow MAX was not starting up anymore so I tried to reinstall. But I encountered this problem during installation: Could not access network location <Common Administrative Tools>.AllUsers\.

Anybody know what this means and is there a patch required to install RecordNow Max. If there's some other software that is also good and can burn .gi format can someone tell me. Thx.

PrimoDVD Will burn .gi for ya.

I think you need to be logged into XP as the Administrator to install RNM--this is true for a lot of utilities out there.
