Ok well I am trying to rip my own games, and I am trying (instead of just taking them out) make the bitrate lower on the .pss movies. So I have extracted them to a .m2v and .wav file. But what program should i use to edit the .m2v file? I heard to use TMPGEnc but that just says it cannot open the file (Unsupported blah blah). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
